Repairing of Common toilet near Entrance at 3rd floor of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Parikalp Bhawan, Telibagh Lucknow.(Lot No.01)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of material within 50m lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mecanical means including disposal of material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer -in -charge. (A) Nominal concrete 1:3:6of richer mix.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of servicable material and disposal of unservicable material within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.(In cemet mortar).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. 6.13.1 Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)

Scrapping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge.

12 mm thick plaster of mix 1:6 with cement & Coarse sand.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Finishing walls with one coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all material labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work.
