(A) CIVIL PART Construction of Approach Road

Earthwork in filling in Marginal bund / Guide bank / Afflux bund / Canal embankment etc. to the design section and grade by obtaining earth from outside borrow pits and filling in uniform layer not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungle, removing trees upto 15 cm dia and uprooting roots and stumps from the seat at embankment and borrow pit area, breaking clods not more than 10mm cube, ramming, watering, dressing and roughening the seat of embankment, profiling etc. Paying compensation of earth borrowed from private or forest land if any, lead upto 30 M and lift upto 1.5 M complete as directed. A) Ordinary soil

Collection and supply of sand and gravel (40% sand and 60% gravel) of size 13mm to 38mm from approved quarry including loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks at work site up to a height of 1.00m including payment of forest royality etc.

Labour charges for spreading hard river shingles / sand gravels to required thickness over approach subway etc. including ramming, dressing the seat before laying the materials lead upto 30.00 M and lift 1.50 M. Complete as directed.

Boring and Installation of Tube Well

Movement of drilling Rig, Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back

Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. ( Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 150mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 150mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 6.5 mm to 8.5mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1997 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed. (Litholog Assembly diagram must be approved by Engineer-in-Charge of the work prior to installation)

Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra ) The following data should be reflected in the report of development 1. Static water level 2. Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed. (i) 150mm dia

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF Reflex valve, swing check type with bypass arrangement, horizontal operating. The holes of the flange to be as per BSS No. 10, Part-I, Table-D and the material, construction and all components should strictly conform to IS : 5312 (Part-I)-2004 and having arked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe jointing set and painting in complete as directed. (i) 150mm dia

Supply, fitting-fixing of delivery pipes of 150 mm dia GI / fabricated GI pipes (HD of repute brand with ISI marked) with flange at both end / wherever required with pipe jointing sets, including painting in complete as per drawing / specification including temporary pipe support as required and as directed.

Ftting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 150mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supply, fitting-fixing of surge tank of size 900m dia x 1250mm long made of 4mm MS plate with raiser assembly of size 75mm dia x 6.0m long and S-band of size 200mm x 1600mm long made of 4mm MS plate including painting the above with one coat of synthetic enamel primer fllowed by 2 (two) coats of successive synthetic enamel/ bituminous black paint and made provision for mounting the surge tank on a specified foundation by nuts & bolts of suitable size as per drawing & specification as directed.

Installation and commissioning of Solar PV Modules including Mounting Structure

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness (i) 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

Supplying fitting fixing and laying reinforcement (TATA) in position in RCC work including cutting, bending, cranking with two piles 0.91 M (20 BWG) annealed wire hooking tying complete as directed.

Centering and shuttering including propping etc where necessary and removal of forms after completion of CC and RCC works as directed complete. (Measurement to be taken on the face area timbered).(C) Shuttering (Column)

RCC work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 with hard broken stone aggregate of size 6 mm to 20 mm with proper reinforcement as per design including curing etc. with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Earthwork in back filling of structures, obtained from outside borrow pits filling in 15 cm layers, ramming, dressing, watering, including paying compensation of land if any (with lead up to 30 M and lift 1.5 M).

Supply, fitting, fixing and testing & commissioning of solar powered 7.5 HP oil / water cooled submersible pump set of reputed brand of discharge not less than 900 LPM at 10 metre Head (total dynamic head of 20 M, pump should work upto 25 M head & shut off head 30 M) of delivery size 80mm/100mm and drive rating 415 V, 50 Hz, 3-Phase Induction motor including solar panels, column pipes & other accessories.

Construction of Control Room

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches including filling up sides of trenches and removal of spoils after completion of foundation , dressing, ramming, shoring etc. complete including bailing out water where necessary in ordinary soil.

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed. (b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section

Providing galvanized C.I. sheet roofing including supplying fitting and fixing necessary galved, screws / iron "J" hooks bolts and nuts and washers etc. complete as directed including cost of roof truss (measurement on net roof area) 0.63 mm thickness (24 B.W.G).

Providing 0.63 mm thick glaved ridging including suplying and fixing with necessary glaved. Screw washer etc. (23 cm lapping).

Providing, fitting and fixing steel windows/ ventilators (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevant I.S. Code-1038 joints mitred and welded with 15mmx3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc. complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red-lead paint.

Distempering two coats including painting two coats to batten with approved paint complete as directed.

Soling in foundation in floor at all level septic tank etc. including filling interstices ramming etc. complete as directed and as specified thickness . (i) 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Plain cement concrete floor base of thickness 63 mm thick in prop 1:3:6 with coarse aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing etc. complete as specified.

65 mm thick traced flooring with cement concrete in prop 1:2:4 with broken stone agg. of size 6 mm to 20 mm over one 1st class brick flat soling including sand packing of the voids in between the bricks, watering, ramming properly where necessary etc. complete and 12 mm thick cement plastering. Finishing on top trowelling altering curing complete as directed. (Brick soling to be paid seperately). (Floor, Varanda)

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 40mm x 40mm x 6mm M.S. angle and with M.S. flat of 40mm x 6mm size as per approved design.Necessary locking arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2nos.( minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillers as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.(Separate payment will be made for posts).

Construction of Sign Board

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

Construction of Supporting Pillers

Earth work in excavation of foundation of canal structures in all types of soil as per design and drawing dressing the foundation, shoring, etc. removing the surplus spoils by head load to a safe distance from the working place and depositing required spoils in uniform layers dressing, watering, breaking clods to not more than 10mm cube with compaction complete as directed at site (including bailing out stagnant water where necessary).

Soiling in foundation floor at all levels including filling interstices,ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.
