5.22.6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting , bending ,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more.

5.35 Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

11.40.5 Providing and laying rectified ceramic rustic / matt finish floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of commercial quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco) in all colours shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

12.41.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm diameter.

12.42.5.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 87.5 degree - 110 mm bend.

12.42.6.2 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - shoe (plain) - 110mm shoe.

12.43.2 Providing and fixing unplasticised - PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised- PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hard wood plugs , screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brickwork and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc., complete - 110mm.

12.72 Providing and fixing false ceiling works using superior fire rated gypsum board of 12.5mm thick mounted on GI frame work with ceiling section of size 80x 26x0.55x3660 mm spacing at 600 mm c/c suspended from ceiling using hanger rods at 1200 mm c/c with screw to level and line and applying one coat of primer , two coats of putty followed by and reflective paint in front of the stage area to the required shape and size , incluidng scaffolding etc. complete - upto 6.5m height.

13.5.1 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

13.6.1 20mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification -Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

14.46 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

14.54.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

15.23.1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

15.25 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

15.56 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

17.7.11 Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillar taps ,32 mm C.P.brass waste of standard pattern , including painting of fittings and brackets ,cutting and making good the walls wherever required - Stainless steel AISI - 304 (18/8) wash basin 530x345 mm with single 15mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

17.19.1 Providng and fixing controlled flush , low level cistern made of vitreous china with all fittings complete - 10 litre (full flush) capacity –white.

18.8.1 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings , with one step CPVC solvement cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete - Concealed work , including cutting chases and making good the wall etc - 15mm nominal outer dia pipes

18.8.2 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of of pipes & fittings , with one step CPVC solvement cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete - Concealed work , including cutting chases and making good the wall etc - 20 mm nominal outer dia.

18.51.1 Providing and fixing C.P.brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms - 15 mm nominal bore.

22.20.1 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane , black finished reinforced with non - woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen embrane @ 0.40 litre / sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 -0.89 kg / litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parametres of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250N .Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C . Cold flexibility shall be upto- 2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane - 3 mm thick.
