Dismantling AC/CGI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings and hanger doors including ridges and make good for aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only plain or corrugated steel sheet of any guage or thickness as obtained from dismantling item and shall be fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roof, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The existing Hole shall be filled with the Silicone sealant/ bitumen and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.

Supply & Fix 0.80mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges,hips, valley gutters, crumple joint and similar works with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Mild Steel Flat Iron 40X6mm as in Wind Ties of Roofs, Ridge, etc. including supply of new Nuts, Bolts, Washers as required/ ordered for securing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel green color paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface of girth not exc 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm wide or girth incl preparation of surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrance, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification:- (a) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. (b)Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proffing compound as per manufactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). (c) Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conforming to [email protected] liter per square metre on the cleaned plastered surfaces (d) Applying evernly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20 Kg per square metre on primed surfaces. (e) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kg per square metre reinforces) with polyster non woven fabric wighing not less than 160 gms per square metre by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. (f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store, exc 500 ltrs but n exc 1000 ltrs,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing 500 ltrs rotational moulded polythine water storage tanks (ISI marked) ( cylinder vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I.

Supply & Fixing 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polythine water storage tanks (cylinder vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity in litres exc 250 n.exc 500 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and conncection 20 mm bore, incl cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor (Bore of pipe 15mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm dia and connection in new or old position complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair 20mm bore nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (minimum weight 45 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball csrewed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm bore gun metal, glove or gate valves ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20mm dia ball brass valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete scrwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork/solid block masonry or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for precast cement concrete ( 1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) etc complete as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement bldg board fixed to timber frame work in repairs with screws as in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour plain fillets, square rectangular or traingular in section clean sawn, secured with screws, in repair works, area exc 3 sqcm but n.exc. 6 Sqm cm, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding fixed with nails in any situation and planed one side as in eave board, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material & Labour for 15MM (10+5mm) thick external wall plastering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including pilasters, cornices, etc. and applying two coats of colour wash over one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surafaces of wall and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulation alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer over one coat of wall care putty (3mm thick), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Rendering 5mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of whitewash, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions not exc. 150mm thick, above or below Ground Level, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-O (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in roof Kerbs, benching etc rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

Supply & Fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 10mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single 'Y' , equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

Removing demolished material upto a distance exceeding 100m but not exceeding 500m including loading/unloading and spreading at the destinaiton if required/directed by Engr-in-Charge.
