Providing and fixing form work to Columns, struts, shear walls etc. including cost of all materials complete item.

Plaster work (20mm) in cement sand mortar (1:6 mix) including curing, scaffolding & cost of sand but excluding cost of cement only.

Finishing internal walls with cement primer of Standard Brand in two coats to make surfaces even including filling of any ditches with wall putty and finishing with two or more coats of oil bound washable distemper to achive an even shade including scaffolding costs and removal of same after the completion of job.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade with two or more coats on new wood work including priming coat of approved brand.

Providing and fixing of ist class vitrified floor tiles 600x600 conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like KAJARIA/SOMANY/RAKS or equivalent make in all color, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in interior walls. dados over 12mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing of granite flooring of approved quality thickness and shade over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Labour charges for fabricating, assembling, hoisting/erecting and fixing in position at all heights and with all leads structural steel work in built-up sections in trusses & trussed purlins, rafters & framed work etc all as per structural drawings & CPWD specifications including all electricty charges, fabricated steel to be washed with 1% phosphoric acid solution to remove scale dust and applying two coats of Zinc Chromate primer. Welding procedure to conform IS 823 & 154353 & welding rods to confirm IS 834 & 1024, but excluding cost of structural steel (Structural steel shall be supplied departmentally).

Providing and Fixing of Colour coated panneling type class-3 sheets fixed to the supporting structure with 8mm dia GI J/L hooks , GI limpet and bituminous felt washers all included but excluding cost of supporting structure.

Supply and fixing of 38 mm thick frame of Ist class Russian Kail (Seasoned) wood shutters with wire guaze standard guage hard drawn steel wire fabric of wire dia 0.63 mm and aperture size 1.4 mm as mosquito jail” for windows including beadings lippingsetc fixing of wooden cleats, and adjustment of anodized aluminum hinges, bolts, locks, handle, springs, etc. complete with all the fittings as per drawing and specifications. ( Rates to include cost of cleats, stoppers, hinges, lockable handle sets of Standard make, springs as per requirement including cost towards aluminum sliding / tower bolts and aluminum handle as per drawings specified

P/F OF 5mm sheet glass of saint gobain or equivalent in required sizes to fit in window shutters, including cost of kail wood beadind fixed the cost of fittings and fixtures approved specifications

Providing and fixing of MS grill of 16 mm square bars and design vertical and horizontals as per design,inluding the cost of fixtures fittings.priming coat and two or more coats of painiting including the cost of screws /bolts complete job

Earthwork in excavation for structures including demolition of any existing structure as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, close timbering, removel of stumps, including its disposal upto lead of 50m dressing of sides, bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material in all types of soil in foundation trenches.

Supplying and filling of stone boulders with filter media hand packed complete as per draings and technical specofications including, unloading, haulages octroie etc complete.

Laying of cement concrete all Grades including ,curing ,hire & running charges of Machinary , Head load of cement from site stores to actual site of work ,cover blocks ,COST of Sand And Aggregate .But excluding cost of cement only.

Providing & fixing for fabricating, assembling, hoisting/erecting and fixing in position at all heights and with all leads mild steel work in built-up sections in railing work with rectangular MS tubes (150x50x2) size fixed to walls and floor with bolt fastening after drilling holes all as per structural drawings & CPWD specifications including all electricty charges, fabricated steel to be washed with 1% phosphoric acid solution to remove scale dust and applying two coats of Zinc Chromate primer. Welding procedure to conform IS 823 & 154353 & welding rods to confirm IS 834 & 1024, inluding cost of structural steel.
