Disconnecting defective out door/indoor transformers of following various capacity upto 500KVA to 750 KVA from HT/LT side, taking out complete transformer oil, storing the same in suitable container (to be arranged by the contractor) opening the top cover and lifting the core assembly by means of tripod and chain pulley block carefully to check its condition, refilling the transformer oil after complete dehydration/filtration if required (to be paid separately) and necessary repairs re fixing complete core assembly and complete core assembly fixing the top cover and re-installation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 1.00 here-in-before above but distribution transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Note Serial item No 1.00 to 5.00. (a) Pole mounted transformer lowering and taking down the same from pole structure to ground carefully if required shall be paid separately under relevant items. (b) In case of major repairs/replacement in transformer which can not be undertake at site the transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop and the cost shall be paid separately under relevant items (c) Cost of dehydration/filtration and other necessary repairs shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item (d) Contractor shall bring the mechanic at site for first inspection of the transformer after that transformer shall be shifted to civil workshop

Dismantling and taking down out door transformer from two pole /four pole structure lowering the same carefully by means of chain pulley block and all other required T&P and re-installation after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of LT side winding with copper wire/strip matching with existing size/ gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of HT side coil with supper enamelled Copper wire/strip matching with existing size/ gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note - 1. The cost of coil shall be inclusive of varnish sleeve and insulating material etc no extra payment shall be made for the same . 2. Actual weight of wire (used for rewinding) will be measured and paid for each transformer mentioned above.

Replacement of cracked/worn out synthetic rubberized cork gasket 6mm thick for HT/LT bushes etc of various size all as specified and directed.

M &L for painting the outer surface of the transformer / Servo Voltage stabilizer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after painting including writing MES/ SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed for fransformer of rating 50 KVA to 630 KVA (Indoor/ outdoor type).

M&L for transformer oil for topping up or for replacement in Transformers / Servo voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Oil shall be in company sealed barrel having BDV not less than 40KV and Transformer oil topping up or replacement should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Material and labour cleaning sprarked/old transformer oil and all other foreign materials from external surface of transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 315 KVA and preparing the surface to paint the transformer body one coat of synthetic enamel while paint, including writing MES No & SM No withsmooth gray paint on back base complete all as directed by Engineer –in-Charge including replacement of outlived silica gel with new silica gel ‘A’ grade complete for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 315 KVA. Note: Transformer oil filteration & dehyration by Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine should be done on existing installation place on same days and report of the same be obtained from the vendor).

Material and labour cleaning sprarked/old transformer oil and all other foreign materials from external surface of transformer of capacity 350 KVA to 750 KVA and preparing the surface to paint the transformer body one coat of synthetic enamel while paint, including writing MES No & SM No withsmooth gray paint on back base complete all as directed by Engineer –in-Charge including replacement of outlived silica gel with new silica gel ‘A’ grade complete for transformer of capacity 350 KVA to 750 KVA. Note: Transformer oil filteration & dehyration by Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine should be done on existing installation place on same days and report of the same be obtained from the vendor).

Supply and replacement of silica gel only with fresh blue coloured complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Tap changer switch suitable for Transformer 63 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pit cover of size 300X300X40mm thick of RCC M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with MS TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/ busbar and earthing connetions of Servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 400 KVA, 3 phase from floor with the help of Crane to carry out overhaulling of servo voltage stabilizer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii) Opening top cover, disconnecting winding connectio from bushing and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compactness of core & tighening the same where required. (iv) Chemical washing of winding to remove dirt, dust & carbon particles. (v) Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface to tank with zinc chromate base paint. (vi) Refixing of core & winding assembly and making connection with HT/LT bushing. (vii) Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/ bolts. (viii) Refilling of oil duly filtered/ dehydrated/ fresh oil( to be measured & paid separately under respective items). (Note: Overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizer should be done on existing installation place on same day).
