Remedial measures by Strengthening and Protective Coating in the RCC PSC Structures in Conveyor - 14 underneath JT 1E and Rectification of JT 1E Building in Red Gate area North Break Water of VOC Port at ECHS areas

Chipping and removing the deteriorated damaged concrete surface of RCC structures including all foreign materials and leaving behind only firm and solid concrete including cleaning with water, removing the loose rust deteriorated on the reinforcement by brushing and sand blasting or hydro blasting at a pressure not exceeding 7 Kg/cm²., cleaning with jet air etc., including applying one coat of Nito Zinc primer to the exposed reinforcement rods, including all labours, tool equipments, staging propping etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Gunitting the prepared concrete surface at an average thickness of 50mm in two layer of 25mm each using op/pp cement mortar (1:3) by volume as per ISI 9082/1978 using guniting equipment the mixture being ejected and shot in to the surface by means of compressed air including treating the existing concrete surface before guniting with watering and applying cement slurry including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P, staging, transport etc. complete.

Supplying Cutting, bending & tying in position secondary reinforcement wherever using GI weld mesh of size 75 X 50mm 10gauge to the existing concrete surface prepared as per specification including transporting, fabricating bending & tying in position as per the engineer at site including cost of all materials labours, lead, lift, etc., complete

Applying DEKGUARD/ equivalent primer by spraying to the newly gunitted concrete surfaces as per manufactures specifications rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Applying two coats of DEKGUARD S/ equivalent top coat to the exposed concrete surfaces by brush/roller coating continuously rate including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding at different 6.00m elevations using 10-13 cm dia casuarina props, distance between two rows being 1.25m and spacing of posts being 2m in both rows, with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with C.W Planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete using coir and nails.

Providing RCC Patch up work for 30mm thick in RCC Ceiling which includes a) Chipping out the damaged RCC wall for an average depth of 30mm and cleaning the surface thoroughly free of all dusts and cleaning the debris away from site. b) Providing and fixing 75mm x 50mm (3mm thick) weld mesh in the damaged portions. c) Applying One coat of Nito bond AR mixed with cement slurry in the ratio of 1:1 over the concrete surface, including cost of all materials, labours lead lift etc., complete. d) Patch up work with RCC 1:1.5:3 for 30mm thick using 6 to 10mm jelly including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, tools, curing etc. complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster and Providing Plastering with C.M 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete

Supplying & providing RTS rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Removing the spalled / distressed RCC from the existing concrete to average thickness of 75mm disposal of debris with a lead of 1km and roughening the suraface thoroughly with reebaklens fosroc acid/equivalent with all lead lift labour etc., complete.

Micro concrete for RCC column a) Applying One coat of Nito Zinc/equivalent primer after through cleaning of rust in the reinforcement rate including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. B) Providing fabricating and erecting slurry tight form work with plywood shutters with suitable supports, which do not deform due to micro concrete including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. C) Providing micro concrete Rendroc RG (or) equivalent as per manufacture's specifications. This mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously for an average thickness of 75mm including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site. D) Applying one coat of polymer modified Acrylic Emulsion (Nito bond AR or equivalent) on the finished concrete surfaces as a curing membrane including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.

Supplying and fixing in position of 160mm dia. PVC pipe of 4 Kg/Sqm (ISI Mark) pressure Pipe approved dept Engineer with the necessary PVC specials, clamps, bolts & Nuts by replacing the existing damaged / broken C.I. pipe water down fall pipes including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Dismantling the worn out glazed tiles and ceramic tiles in cement mortar in Toilet including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing dadooing wall with glazed tiles of approved make first quality printed design and colour of 150 x 150mm with 6mm thick laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement of 0.4 Kg. / Sqm. Including cost of materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supply and fixing floor tiles of 305 x 305 x 6mm first quality design ceramic tiles of approved colours in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg/Sqm including cost of tiles labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian Water Closet of size 580 x 440 mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with "p" tap or "S" trap conforming to IS: 2556-Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40 mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100 mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The Water Closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and providing Nito floor Hard top over the existing PCC/RCC concrete surface of 5Kg/Sqm and rubbed smooth with power float over the base concrete including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing water proof treatment over the existing roof slab with polymeric asphalt membrane sheet (4kg/cm2) constituting 7 layers with thermo fusible HM HDFE film one at top and other of bottom layer of this polymeric mix 1 layer of fibre glass tissue, 2 layers of polymeric mix on the top and bottom of 90 microns HM HDPE film, cracks on roof slab to be filled with cement based filter, laying of PAM sheets over a coating of 90/15 hot blown bitumen with 100mm over lap sealed by LPG flame torch further coated with oxides bitumen 90/15 and finally coated with aluminium coating and also extra attention should be given in roof / drain curve portion as per instruction of site Engineer including cost of all labour, lead, lift, T& P etc complete.

Supplying and providing 6mm wired glass for windows after replacement of damaged glasses including fixing all other accessories such as 8mm U channel screws glass putty including cost of labour charges lead lift etc., complete.

Providing two coats of snow cem painting of approved colour & quality including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete

Providing two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion (interior walls) of first class quality paint & approved colour including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc. Complete.

Writing of letter painting in the outer wall with two coat of enamel paint for background and writing letter of size 15cm bordering all round including cost of paint, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.
