Construction of sand pits :

Excavation of dry soil including life up to 0.30 Mtr watering and ramming in the pit and backfilling after completion of work (excavation and backfilling both) (2x1.5x0.3) M3

Base cement concreting 1:4:8 with 40 mm brick, ballast course sand and cement under the floor including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc to complete the job (2x1.5x0.15) M3

First class brick work in ratio 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in pit foundation & wall including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc to complete the job 2x[(1.06x1.00x.22)+(2x1.0x0.22)]+2[1/2x(1.06x0.22x0.22)]+(0.22x2.0x0.22) M3

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar with 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar on the walls of pit including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc to complete the job 2x{(2x1)+1/2x(2x0.22)+(1.56x1)+1/2(1.56x0.22)+(1.5x.22)+(1.56x.22)}+(1.5x1)+(1.06x1)+(1.06x1.22)+(1.5x1.22) M2

Sand filling including cosr of sand, labour, T&P required for filling (1.06x1.56)+1/2(1.06x1.56x0.22) M3

Construction of shed for fire extinguishers:

Excavation of soil, base concreting with 20 mm stone ballast coarse sand and cement in ratio of 1:2:4 in area of size 2.4x2.4 M2 including grouting of angle 04 nos leg in pit size of 0.3x0.3x0.3 M3

Grouting of 04 nos 65x65x6 mm G.I./M.S. angle of size 3000 mm after due fabrication with CC mixture in the ratio of 1:2:4 fixing and welding of open hut type G.I./M.S. angle frame structure of size 3000x2400x2400 mm by due fabrication with 65x65x6 mm size and 50x50 mm size G.I./M.S. angle on above grouted GI/MS angle post by due cutting , drilling, welding etc of GI/MS angle to be provided by department of each fire hut.

Fixing and fitting of asbestos corrugated (A.C.) roofing of size 3x4 inch to cover the roof of open hut type G.I./M.S. angle frame structure of size 3000x2400x2400 mm with J hook bolt, nut and washer etc for each fire hut.

Spray painting of galvanized angle and AC sheets with two coats of standard make red synthetic enamel paint of first quality after cleaning of rest, dust and oily surface including cost of all material labour and T&P as per technical specifications.

Carriage of 6 MT old dismantled tower parts from 220 kV S/s Hardoi Road, Lucknow to 132 kV S/s Jehta ( distance- 8 KM approx ) including cost of loading/unloading/shorting by labour.

Construction of shed for DG Set:

making of sand storage drum ( 08 Nos)

Making of sand storage drum, the work includes cutting of empty T/F oil drum in two parts for making of sand drums and welding MS angle iron size-50x6mm, 500mm long in triangular shape on drum for making sand. For making of canopy of MS sheet including cutting of it in proper size, bending in triangular shape, fixing of sand drums then painting with british enamel paint in double coats of fabricated sand drums & canopy complete job.( Note- empty T/F oil drum & MS angle iron provided by dept. & MS sheet for canopy shall be provided by contractor itself)

Providing drum cover made of 18 SWG MS sheet for protecting it from rain for above 08 nos sand storage drum with 04 nos standing support leg including cost of MS sheet

Painting of above sand storage drum after denting, rubbing by emery paper applying red oxide paint & then 02 coat of synthetic enamelled green paint(Berger/Asian) as per instructions and shifting it proper place.
