Charges for carrying out shift duty operation work such as inspection and clearance given to coal handling control room operator to start the 3 nos secondary crusher , 3 nos vibrex screen, 9 nos belt feeder/shuttle feeder and arranging to attend the defects then and there in secondary crusher house-I - After starting the system inspection of all the running equipments and condition of system informed to CHS-3 operator to start coal feeding- Checking the output size of coal below 30 mm size in coal yard conveyor 28A & B by visual inspection - Gradual operation of cage frame adjusting mechanism to improve the fineness of coal - change the coal feeding either con 28A (or) 28 B coal yard conveyor by operating to move the flap gate direction as per the instruction of coal handling control room operator- checking the bearing temperate on both sides of RM-54 ring granulator, jack shaft drive/driven pulley and all feeder pulleys and temperature feeding to be entered in shift log book - Checking the oil level in crusher rotor bearing housing and all belt feeder/shuttle feeder gear boxes- and top up if necessary checking the condition of all the drive fluid coupling and connecting multidisc assembly bolts and inspect any oil spray noticed in the system - During coal feeding if any abnormalities found in system immediately stop the system and alternate stand by crusher and vibrex screen put in to service position – checking of all the running crushers & vibrex screen drive V belts, conveyor belt and adjusting the belt tension if necessary and arranging to attend the defects then and there in secondary crusher running equipments Assisting work for attending mechanical maintenance work in time to quick restoration of secondaty crusher and allied equipments - Supervision of all mechanical maintenance works in secondary crusher house-I - Isolation of equipments and guiding to follow the mechanical maintenance LC works - Condition of all the running equipments position informed to the field maintenance engineer incharge. All the shift duty operation activities are entered in the shift log book etc., complete.
