Kharagpur, Pin - 721301 before Tender Closing Date for confirmation of technical suitability. On failing in submission of sample before Tender Closing Date the offer will be summarily rejected

   The evaluation of total unit rate (TUR) for the purpose of inter-se position will be on Total Unit Rate for deliveries up to destination.

   Unloading will be arranged by the Tenderer at the consignee end at his own risk cost.

   The terms and conditions are pre disclosed in the e-offer form and any deviation from it has to be mentioned at a pre-nominated place on the e-offer form. In case there is any deviation regarding commercial or technical nature, the same has to be mentioned at the pre-nominated place. Such deviations if uploaded as a document, then the reference of the same alongwith file name must be mentioned at the required pre-nominated place failing which those documents may not be evaluated.
