Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium frame for fixed type partition made out of powder coated aluminium section of size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.93mm, comprising of 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) inserted in and including necesary jointing cleats, rubber packing/EPDM gasket, anodised aluminium snap beading complete fixed to floor and wall by means of cadium plated steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.28mm min thickness for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm min thickness for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm min thickness for top rails and bottom rails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium casement windows (with provision for cooler) with 50 micron powder coating doubled panelled and double shutters consisting of frame and mullion of 101.60X44.45X1.29 mm min thickness and shutters made of 63.5X31.75X1.29mm min thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium in 3 Tier Track Sliding Windows/glazing, with frame of section 100x44-45x1.30mm min thickness, track of size 100x38.10x1.30 & shutters made of size 32x18x1.3mm min thickness, with built in locking system for each leaf complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made extruded aluminium ventilators with 50 micron powder coating of frame of 63.5 X 38.10 X 1.29 mm min thickness complete fixed in all respect complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick high density fibre board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below & above middle/lock rail in powder coated aluminium doors and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc aluminium beads 20 mm size with and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Suspension System for false ceiling consisting of Prelude 32 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm (all sections). M&L for single charge, vitrified, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 100 mm and 9-10 mm thick in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved,on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc ,length of each unit not less than 600 mm and height not more than 150mm, set and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Skirting should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 20 mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

Repair to RCC sunshades, Chajjas, Balconies, Columns, bands, beams, roof slab and similar RCC work at any position / height( single storey/ double storey/ tripple storey) by dismantling loose/disintegrated portion and dubbing out with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports if required and stitching of cracks with mild steel U clamps made out of 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c with inserting concrete block stretcher with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with adhesive chemical (Polymer based) and reinforced with PVC chicken mesh including form work where ever required and finished with10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement including preparation of surfaces to receive finishes, including scaffolding upto tripple storey, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The extra area of 300mm around the actual affected area will be checked and repaired and only repaired portion will be taken for measurement. (ii) Rate of scaffolding is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

S&F Vitreous china premium/1st quality urinal white colour, of size 310x305x620mm incl providing and fixing plugs/brackets, bedding urinal against wall in CM 1:2, securing urinals to plugs with and incl S&F of all accessories for fixing as recommended by manufacturer like 60mm long brass secrews/fasteners/rag bolts etc, pointing urinal back in white cement; connecting for discharge pipe incl necessary packing, union, including sensor type flushing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F urinal spreader for urinals and incl all necessary accessories as recommended by manufacturer for fixing complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

Taking down Aluminium door / window shutters for repairing and re-fixing in same opening including tightening frame etc all as specified and directed as under:- (i) Rectification of open joints by refixing of cleats, tightening of screws (ii) Replacement of unserviceable rubber beading of aluminium door / window shutter glass pannels etc all as specified and directed. (iii) Replacement of unserviceable satinless steel butt hinges (iv) Replacement of unserviceable brass mortice lock of size 75mm with 4 lever complete all as specified and directed. (v) Replacement of unserviceable PVC panel inserts 5mm thick

M & L coloured chequred cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20mm thick,made of grey cement set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments as in floors to match the shade over screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finished, complete all as spcified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment and applying 03 coats of textured interior paint comprising of base paint of 2 coats and finish coat of metallic paint as recommended by the manufacturer instructions by using roller to internal walls/ceilings etc. surfaces over & including a coat of wall primer @ 11 sqm/litre/1coat and over two coat of acrylic wall care putty 1.5 to 2.5 mm as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ACP sheet of 4mm thickness of approved plain colour/shade for chajjas/ sun shades/clasdding and the likes works etc. fixed to frame work as MS/ Aluminium/ holoow sections of any size description including finishing all the joints with silicon or as per manufacturer instructions complete in all respect and fixed in position including scaffolding/ ladders etc. as required and also making joint in between wall and chajjas/sunshade/water proof, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580 x 440 white with (C I P trap long size) joint run and lead front or back inlet with integral footrest including connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti-syphonage pipe, etc, fixed in repair complete and making good to floor in CM 1:3 all as directed and specified.

S/F in repairs low level flushing cistern of PVC 10 ltr capicity incl 45cm long PVC connection with brass nut at both ends, PVC flush pipe 32 mm bore and fixing as per manufacturers instruction incl taking down HL/LL flushing cistern and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (colour as approved by Accepting Officer) of any type machine cut as in shelves/steps/counter tops, 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified and directed. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry including border of 100mm wide baroda green/white mable as per pattern approved over & including screed of 20-22 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and incl and laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement for 8mm thick prelaminated wooden flooring laid over existing concrete surfaces by the manufacturer as approved by the GE in writing and providing the item as specified below: (a) 125 micron polythene sheet (as vapour barrier) laid over existing concrete surface including taking all necessary steps to make the levelness and smoothing of existing concrete surface and attain moisture free conditions. (b) 5mm thick themocole sheet over polythene sheet. (c) 8mm thick pre-laminated wooden flooring. MAKE: Premier Vinly flooring/Armstrong/Krishna Vinly Ltd New Delhi as approved by GE.

S & F in repairs to electronic sensors with infrared sensor technology for urinals complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs 6mm teak plywood panelling with natural wood finish, including fixing to walls with necessary frame work, varnishing, polishing complete all as specified and directed.
