Part-A:- Upkeep of Floor and Panels (Externally) of 0.4 KV. Switchgear of Unit I/II/III & Ancilliary system Exculuding C.H.P

Alternate days upkeep of floor area of 0.4 KV Switchgear, different MCC of unit No. I, II & III as mentioned in Annexure A (1) & A (2)

Weekly upkeep of electrical panels (externally) as mentioned in Annexure A (3) & A (4)

Part-B:- Upkeep of floor and panels (externally) of 6.6 KV switchgear of unit No. I, II, III CWPH, ASH slurry etc. of 'A' TPS (excluding CHP)

Alternate days upkeep of floor area of 6.6 KV Switchgear of unit No. I, II, III and CW pump house, Ash handling etc. as mentioned in Annexure B(1)

Upkeep of ceiling of switchgear rooms as mentioned in Annexure A(1), A(2) B(1) (01 day in a month)

Weekly external upkeep of S/G Board/panels/cabinet as mentioned in Annexure B(2)

Part-C:- Upkeep of MCC, DC system and DG Set etc.

Daily upkeep of floor of Battery Room of units as well as ATRS batteries and DG set Room as mentioned in Annexure- 'C' under item C(1)

Upkeep of site offices of this division

Part-D:- Weekly Upkeep

Weekly external upkeep of a system mentioned in Annexure-'C' under item D(1)

Part-E:- Quarterly Upkeep

Quarterly intenal upkeep of DC/DG system mentioned in Annexure-'C' under item E(1)

Complete washing of filter line and replacement of filters of DG set of all three units including removal of sludge from Diesel tank of DG sets.

Uprooting of grass/ shrubs/ bushes around site stores/ office of this division area 100x100 Sqm.

Part F-Cleaning of cable trenches of Boiler area from Unit switch gear up to ID Fans.

Underground cable trenches of size 120x2.6x2.5 M3 (From Switch gear of Unit No 1 to ID Fan 1A & 1B)

Underground cable trenches of size 120x2.6x2.5 M3 ( From Switchgear of Unit No 2 & Unit No 3 to ID Fan 2B & 3A)

Underground cable trench of size (80x2.6x2.5) M3 (From Main trenches to coal handling and fire pump house)

Part G-Cleaning of open trenches covered with slab of Boiler area.

Main trench to ID Fans A&B size3x(80x1.8x1.4 ) M3 (One for each unit)

Main trench to PA Fan Size 3x(80x1.0x1.5) M3 (One for each unit)

Main trench to FD Fan size3x(80x1.5x1.5) M3 (One for each unit)
