NOTICE INVITING TENDER TOWARDS EXECUTION OF WORK UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE TO THE JAIN AND VAISHNAVA CAVES AT BADAMI, TQ.BADAMI, DIST.BAGALKOT FOR THE YEAR 2026-27.

Collection of damaged/the broken stone slabs in the flooring along the outlet of waist weir drainage channel of Agasthya Theerth Tank which was damaged during the heavy rain all as per specification and direction of the Engineer-Charge.

Provision for filling the ditches with boulders to eroded portions for levelling upto the concrete level before laying the concrete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Laying the stone flooring with available stone as per original including laying pointing the joint in lime mortar etc. (30% new stone will be used to replace the damaged stone slabs) stone of size 1.00 t0 1.50 m length,0.40 to 0.50 m width ,0.10 to 0.15 m thickness fixing in lime mortar 1:1.5 over the base concrete fixing with proper Joints, gradient etc., complete as per the direction of the Site in charge.
