SCHEDULE 'A' PART X (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

(A) INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fixing angle valve of cast coper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed 15 mm bore (concealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC connection for hot water to mixer connection 15mm, 450mm long with PTMT nuts complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type single pole, 2 way 6 Amp 230 volts white finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing wall mounting fan 400mm sweep, 220 Volt, AC including and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire of capacity 1x20 watt, 220 volt AC decorative box type 4 feet long with driver, holder including LED tube light with and including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm 3 core complete from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire of capacity 1x10 watt, 220 volt AC decorative box type 2 feet long with driver, holder including LED tube light with and including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm 3 core complete from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing street light LED luminaire of capacity 30 Watt, IP 66 protection, outdoor type with exclusive innovative die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with all accessories driver, Gl pipe light grade 1 mtr long for bracket, MS flat 20mm x3mm clamp with nut bolts and washers of adequate length necessary fixing arrangement on beam and flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to flood light fitting cable size 3 core 1.5 sqmm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 5 star rated complete with blades, capacitor, down rods and accessories, 230 volts, 50 Hz supply 1200 mm sweep, double ball bearing and confirming to IS: 374-1979 with and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core complete from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, steel body, heavy duty AC single phase 230 volts of size 300mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers complete with and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 3 core complete from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN, 6 to 32 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'B' curve single phase 240 volts including making connection.. complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size, 600mmx600mmx600mm (internal dimension) suitable for housing sluice valve/gate valve etc. with and including plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates for foundation, 100mm thick with 150 mm alround offset from external face of wall, brick work in cement mortor 1:6, 230 mm thick, rendering 15mm thick in cement motor 1:4, inside complete and outside upto 150 mm below ground level, coping with plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, type B-1, including provision of MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed to MS angle iron frame 40 X 40 X 6 mm embedded in PCC (1:2:4) concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

(D) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and installation of LDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc. complete for 10 users complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for soakage well of size 1.8m dia and 3.0m depth including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats all as shown on drawings complete all as specified and as directed.

(E) ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Material and labour for precast kerb stone with plain fair faces 300mmx150mmx300mm depth of PCC 1:1 1/2:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregates of shape as approved including all excavation embedding in ground and removing surplus soil upto 50 Mtr distance complete all as specified and as directed.

(F) ADDITIONAL E/M ITEMS (SEARCH LIGHT)

Supply, Installation and testing of high intensity, energy saving long range, multi functional, auto swivel LED search light, beam range 500 meter, 200W Single, LED light, Efficiency 140lm/w,PF>0.95,CCT 5500K-6000K, Optical grade PMMA-PC lens, anti-UV oxidation, narrowbeam 5 degree, die cast LM6 body with air fins, fully powder coated, working voltage 150-230, 50Hz, constant current, reflector/lens efficiency>90%, average lux level at 10mtr- 3000(min) with circle of approx 1mtr, IP66, conforming to disc of revolving mechanism with suitable motor-gear unit and design such as to rotate 360 degree continuously over the night in horizontal plane with speed controller (1 to 10rpm) and R/F buttons and inbuilt push to tilting option upto 45 degree with and including separate wall mounted wired control panel (consisting of MCBs, fuse, indicator, V-meter) for smooth and safe operation remotely complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The revolving mechanism shall be fully covered with weather & rust proof fiber box with maintenance window/door and 4Nos Foundation holes at bottom for proper installation. Cost of all these shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of Srl Item No. 12.15.
