AMF CONTROL PANEL (AUTO) : (Note : AMF Suitable for Item no 1 ,2 and 3 each DG set.) The AMF control panel shall be made 16 SWG CRCA sheet, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof and powder coated and suitable for 415 V 3 Phase 50 Hz system. The panel will be external type and shall consist of the following components Engine display features: Low lube oil pressure, high water temp, over speed, low fuel level, RPM no, of hours Run, batter voltage. Supply, lay in trenches, floors ,fix on wall/pole, passing through pipes etc.,LT UG cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated , with multistranded aluminum conductors, armored with galvanized steel wire or tape ,gland, lugs etc , of size 70 Sq.mm 3.5 core , confirming to IS specifications complete all as specied and directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

All as per item no 5 above but cable of size 16 Sq.mm 4 core complete all as specied and directed by Engr-in-charge at site.

Material and labour for earthling complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth notless than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32×6mm by means of bolts, check nuts and washers ,galvanized steel and protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade & connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 30 cm X 30 cmX 5 cm with 10mm dia TMT bars 8 cm C/c both ways and one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia TMT bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core 4.0 sqmm FRLSH, ISI marked PVC insulated multi stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable and one single core unsheathed FRLSH , ISI marked, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed, including taking down unservicable one.(Note: two run of 4.0 sqmm cable , one run of earth wire of 4.0 sqmm and one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one length).

Supply,install, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel engine driven generating set 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire engine as per BS 5514/ IS 10002 including Emission control device as per PPCB Norms and alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel for automatic starting on mains failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy and foundation etc for capacity 15 KVA as per ISO - 3046/BS 5514 conforming to the detailed specification as under. make- Kirloskar Model No- KEC-T82.5-II or Greaves Power or Equivalent a) Engine : The Diesel Enginewith AMF Panell shall be radiator water cooled, 15 KVA or 12 KW at 1500 RPM, Cylinder- 2 Nos. Starting stopping : Electrical start with 12 V DC 1 x 88 AH, 12 V Exide / Prestolite Low Maintenance Battery,Electronic governer , The fuel tank provided shall be suitably mounted on the base frame fabricated out of 16 SWG MS sheets and capacity to run the genset for 8 to 12 hours continuously on full load. Fuel tank shall have Drain plug, Hand hole for cleaning, vent breather, fuel suction and return connections, fuel level indicator fuel filling neck with cap etc as per the standards. The engine and alteranator shall be directly coupled to ensure perfect alignment. The engine and alternator shall be mounted on a common base frame with AVM pads all as per manufracturer CUMMINS / KIRLOSKAR / GREAVES POWER.

(b) Alternator : Rating 15 KVA or 12 KW at 1500 RPM 415 V Phase to Phase and 240 Volt Phase to Neutral, 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire system , solid state Voltage Regulator,(+/-) 1 voltage regulation, alternato Screen protected / drip proof, self ventilating, self excited, self regulated, brushless, contineous duy protention IP 21 as per IS 13364 developing 20 KVA at 0.8 PF. (d) Acoustic enclosure : (i) Shall be maticulously designed CNC Turret punch press and hydraulic press brake manufractured body out of corrossion resistant cold rolled steel 16 SWG CRCA / MS sheet duly surface trated phosphated and finally powder coated constructed from folded sections to ensure regidness and aesthatic in looks. Canopy panel and doors shall have High density/ fire retradent / non igniting and noise reduction type Foam or Resin bonded Rock wool of suitable density properly covered with fibre cloth / tissue and perforated fixed to absorb noise. The average sound levell when measure in greenfiled (ISO 8525 Part 10) at 1 meter distance from all four sides is less than 75 dB (A) average as per CPCB Norms The average stablised hot air temperature rise with i the canopy near suction air filter to be maintained 7 degree centigrade over and above the ambient temperature Four higned doors shall be provided to canopy one door shall have glass window for control panel. The exhaust gasses shall be taken out through a suitable flexible pipe to prevent any back pressure on the engine. Provision shall be made on the canopy for connectig the output cable terminatiion should be provided. (ii) The eshaust system and noise suppressor shall be provided with thermal insulation, to prevent excess heat radiation on the Engine and safe for operator.
