Demolition of Brick Work/ stone work / concrete block wall built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer excedding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/Rock) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls/ concrete/roof slab any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/ block masonary in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/block masonary in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/block masonary in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of rust from the reinforcing bars of any size and dia to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry and applying two coats of epoxy base zinc primer in a span of 4 hrs over the treated bar and allow to dry for 6 hours complete all as directed.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 35-45 mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. complete with necessary scaffolding/ staging and disposal of debris outside MD land for all lead and lifts complete all as directed.

M&L for mixing and applying polymer modified cement mortar (with Sika monotop-122F or equivalent of Fosroc/ Dr. fixit) over Sikadur-32LP or equivalent of Fosroc/ Dr. fixit as bonding agent or equivalent brand in Fosroc/Dr. Fixit for 35-45 mm average thickness in two or three layers complete as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed at site. NOTE:- (i) Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument. (ii) Work will be carried out by approved applicator of the firm.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tyring at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F in repair 600 mm dia galvanised iron (GI) concertina coil fabricated with 2.5 mm dia pre-galvanised (260 GSM as per IS 277) coil core and 0.5 mm thick blades galvanised as per IS 4826. The coil shall have a minimum tensile strength of 1300 N/mm2 Blade profile shall confirm to ASTM F 1379 BTO-22, with a blade length of 22 mm and 35 mm center to center distance between blades. Each coil shall have minimum of 56 loops, secured with a minimum of three GI clips per loop complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, RCC or steel) embedded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary etc. any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with earth as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing or gates, flat iron fillets, angle iron, swan neck including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over as in stiffner to chain link fencing cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of shank 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both end, each screw end to be fitted with 3 mm thick MS washers and one hexagonal nuts, length of bolt exc. 5 cm and not exc. 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing MS galvanised, min size 75 x 75 mm mess or cases with 3.5 mm dia mild steel galvanised wire lapped straightning and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring/ restaining including making good of staples of old barbed wire fencing with suitable wire or any other means complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing old concertina coil fencing with suitable wire or any other means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating wherever required with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 Cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge n. exc. 63 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction and necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 75 mm thick as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including screed 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exterior grade light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, to match floor tiles fixed on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over & including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in repair chequered cement concrete tiles 200 x 200 x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat coment slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in repair 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing slab complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of schedule 'A').

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials by truck or tractor with using of if necessary JCB machine and trolly load min 5.00 Cum each load including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination and depositing out side defence land complete all as specified and directed.
