Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames).

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq. m each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames).

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-ecks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any size and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick PCC type B-1, 1 : 2 : 4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick internal surfaces on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:4 using WPC 3% by weight of cement (WPC to be measured and paid separately) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit a for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper FRLS multi stranded conductor cable in and including Concealed PVC conduit of size 20/25mm ISI marked inclusive of tees ,bend ,elbows etc upto and including sunk in anodized pressed steel box for housing switch socket etc with white laminated 3 mm thick hylam sheet cover ISI marked of suitable size complete including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth dolly for connection to ceiling rose to earth terminal including cutting, chasses and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish with plaster complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps

(b) One fan point/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5 Amps and regulator

(c) One 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent boad.

Description all as per item No 4 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

S & F for energy efficient exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air -DS type complete with louver with bolts nuts and washers size of the bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in the wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing brick wall for fan base compelte all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of suitable opening wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted).

Supply and laying & testing and commisioning LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured size 25 sqmm 4 core with multi staranded aluminium conductor laid in pipes, trenches/ducts, on poles etc of size complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide & not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth in soft or loose soil & getting out complete all as per & directed.
