PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block for hold fast, plinth courses, copings, benhing, bed plates etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar ficings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

Note:- S&F of expanded metal shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' old size bricks laid in trenchs as cable cover all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed in frame complete all as specified & directed. S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based 0.50mm thick plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed. Make: Tata Bule Scope Steel Ltd or M/S Cril Colour Roof India Ltd. or equivalent brand of other Make as approved by GE from list of make attached with tender documents.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove by using wire netting of galvanised steel wire of required size & pattern with cement mortar 1:3 specified and directed. Note:- S&F of GI wire netting shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mils steel galvanised powder coated T-grid frame work of make as approved by GE for suspended false ceiling with size of grid 600 x 600mm consisting of main tee/ runner of size 35 x 25 x 1.3 mm, cross tee of size 25 x 25 x 1.3 mm and wall angle of size 25 x 25x 1.5 mm suspended @ 1.2M c/c both way with and including 4mm dia GI wire with J hook, nuts/bolts, butterfly clips, soffit cleat/ rawl plug etc as per manufacturer's instructions and 8mm thick pre-primed, self embossed, textured designer, water & termite resistant calcium silicate boards for insulation complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debrise to out side MD land complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm as in skirting/ dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rubber mould factory made coloured cement concrete chequered tiles with grey cement and pigments 250mm x 250mm x22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Mehtab Tiles, Indore (MP) or Nitco, Mumbai or Mayur Tiles & Interlocking pavers, Lucknow or Star Tiles & Industries, Ramadevi, Kanpur as approved by GE.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite of approved quality as in platform i.e. in horizontal & vertical position, machine cut (table rubbed and polished) laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring, 18-20mm thick over & including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in skirting/ vertical surface, 18-20mm thick over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mirror/ beewax polishing to old/ existing kota stone slab floors/ skirting after grinding with machine/ manually including filling of existing joints with and including cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and dusting off and washing the surfaces after grinding complete all as specified & directed. M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement forming joints to full depth at every 3M intervals and at every change of direction and filing with bitumen sand mixture 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed.

S&F figured glass, pin head type 3.0mm thick and glazing with oil putty/ beads in squares n. exc 0.5sqm in each pane complete all as specified & directed.
