SMART PYLONS - NZ & NWZ

Fab & Supply of Smart Pylon — Design / fabrication / testing / packing & supply of Smart Pylons. MS Frames, Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding, electricals, Vinyl, PET- G forming,LED lighting and it'scabling with required power drivers etc. all shall be as per enclosed drawings / specifications. ACM will be cladded on MS framework. Drawings enclosed with tender are indicative. Detailed fabrication / shop floor drawings shall be developed by vendor and submitted to HPCL for approval incl.the detailed design of LED lighting module and fixing arrangement as per the specifications provided in LED data sheets. Scope includes fabrication of prototype of Smart Pylon basis HPCL approved drawings / specifications, improvements / alterations / corrections as per instructions & offering finished prototype for approval. Prototype approval shall be obtained from HPCL before mass production. Rate includes all materials, moulds, ancillaries, taxes / cess / duties / levies etc. No escalation / de-escalation shall be permitted for any reason whatsoever during Purchase Order validity period. Third Party Inspection (TPI) to be arranged & paid by HPCL. Cost of TPI not to be included in offer price. All pylons shall be inspected by TPI agency basis approved QAP (Quality Assurance Plan). Supply & Fabrication of price display system (LED display module) with remote rate updation module for Smart Pylon (for displaying all product lines on one side of Smart Pylon). LED price display shall be paid extra. The foundation shall be casted by HPCL. However, vendor has to supply and deliver well in advance templates and foundation bolts within 7 days from date of advice for Pylons to the designated outlets.

Transportation of Smat Pylon — Packing, loading, transportation, unloading and stacking of Smart Pylon & ancillaries at desginated Retail Outlets incl. insurance.

Inst.. Of Smart Pylon — Unpacking ,erecting, installation,testing and commissioning of Pylons / ancillaries including LED price display system. Rate includes hoisting, launching, tools, tackles, machinery, jigs, scaffolding, framework etc. all needed for erection. Care shall be taken not to disturb outlet operation and to ensure no damage to the Pylon or outlet facilities. All safety measures shall be taken while erection. The foundation shall be casted by HPCL.

Found. - Smart Pylon — Scope of Job includes providing foundation for smart pylon at advised Retail Outlets under East Zone Regions. Vendor to cast the foundation as per the drawing attached and also to supply the foundation bolts. Third party inspection (TPI) of bolts to be arranged & paid by HPCL. Cost of TPI not to be included in offer. The foundation to be casted well in advance before installation of pylon.

Supply of LED price Display - — Scope of job includes supply of LED price display system in the Pylon as per given specifications. Rate to be quoted on unit basis and the same shall consists TWO LED Display product lines (One side display). Entire unit supplied for pylon shall be considered as one unit incl. remote price updation Module device. The remote should be able to handle upto five lines ,in case additional lines are added to this module.

Supp of LED Price Display - Ex — Scope of job includes supply of LED price display system in the Pylon as per given specifications for every additional line for Products over and above the requirement of two lines.
