2.50 cm. (1") thick damp proof coarse with cement concrete consisiting of one part cement 1.5 parts approved coarse sand and 3parts approved 13mm. (1.5") graded stone grit and including water proofing materials as ordered by the engineer-in- charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturers. AS per SOR ITEM NO. 361
