S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/window/ceosetory windows and other Frames/chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 650 kg/Cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge), minium compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of bearing termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. (M.S. hold fast/lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately.) Note:- For WPC soild door/Windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.)

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid plain flush door shutter of 30 mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulud of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face with Particle board Core, in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 microns) Door/ Window/ Ventilator/ partition frames and shutters (02 Nos glazed & gauzed), side hung type, without sash bars, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, aluminium snap beading, screws, handles, locking arrangement etc, including builders hardware like aluminium aldrop, tower bolts, handles of required size and type complete with standard aluminium sections, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Aluminium sections shall be of make Jindal/ Hindalco/ Indalco). (Note:- Weight of various aluminium sections shall only be considered for measurement for payment. Weights of builders hardware like aluminium alddrop, tower bolts, handles of required size and type shall not be considered. However cost of rubber packing given in the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Glass panels, prelaminated particle boards, aluminium wire cloth as applicable wil be measured and paid separately as supplied only.) complete all as specified and as directed.
