Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, using paving bitumen well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm and n nexc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick WBM laid in one layer with coarse aggregates of grading 2 of granite, trap basalt (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced new WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a primer/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of old WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with hot melt paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with hot melt paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam not exceeding 75 mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined as per IRC 27: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹50 per kg.

M & L for semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Semi dense bituminous concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined following the Marshall Mix Design procedure contained in the Asphalt Institute Manual MS-2 (Sixth Edition) as referred in case 3.5.3 of IRC 111: 2009. The adjustment in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹50 per kg.

Providing and applying of hot applied thermoplastic paint of approved quality 2.5mm thick including reflectorising beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from srtreaks and holes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair, solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair, cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level),complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in foundation, filling & mass concrete as in sub base for floor etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 60mm thick factory made machine pressed precast cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm Sand filling as in sand cushioning under precast concrete interlocking paver blocks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed
