Cast Iron casting neck ring new.

Cast Iron casting neck bush new.

C.I Casting diffuser new making for suction body.

Suction, Delivery, Chamber C.I Bodies damaged and worn-out place & seats repairing by metal filling & shaping by hand grinding machine as per required.

Old neck rings and neck bush cutting and new neck ring & neck bush fitting with drilling, tapping and fixing CSK head screw.

Chamber & diffuser neck ring & neck bush seat true cut machining on lathe machine & alignment.

Chamber & diffuser locking and fixing with each other & alignment.

Departmental provide new Balance Valve & seating alignment checking, required machining, sizing for proper balancing of pump.

Gun metal damaged and worn-out Balance valve & seating repairing by metal filling, seat increasing, bore metal filling and machining, new key way cutting and sizing for proper balancing of pump.

Pump repair kit new provide like as chamber body “O” rings, “O” rings for long bushes, water deflector, rubber joint packing kite, test cork, gland bye pass pipe line, oil rings, bearing cover bolts, gland bolts, taping in bodies.

Gun metal casting bush bearing new making as per sample with casting, machining, grooving and cutting in two palla as required.

Complete pump assembly dismantling by hydraulic press machine, Puller & re- fitting / assembling after repairing.

Complete pump body rust & dust cleaning, bodies inside antirust coating and outside body painting.

Heavy duty base plate new fabrication as per required size of 2000 GPM, 3CHR, M&P make, 150 mtr head, 10/12, multistage Pump & its associate H.T. motors by M.S. Beam, channels with the help of gas cutting, welding, framing, drilling at site. (Without material)

12” Finish size C.I. Casting pair of coupling set new making with casting, machining, drilling, boring, key way.

Key new making for above pump & motor coupling.

25mm x 150mm size base bolts with nut & washer for pump & motor.

Coupling bolts new making with nut for above pumps & motors.

S.R.C. Bush new for above couplings.

2000 GPM, 3CHR, M&P make,150 mtr head, 10/12, multistage Pump & & its associate H.T. motors matching & setting on base plate with proper alignment and couple with each other at site.
