   Bulk/entire quantity order will be placed only on Tenderers having satisfactory past performance of Tendered item atleast 20% of the tender quantity during the current year and last 3 Financial Years to this Railway, other Railway and Railway production unit. Otherwise offer will be ignored.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   The tenderers shall submit a copy of certificate stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid/tender are true and factual. Standard format of certificate to be submitted by the bidder is enclosed as Annexure-I. In addition to Annexure-I, in case of other than company/proprietary firm, Annexure-I(A) shall also be submitted by the each member of the partnership firm/joint venture (JV: if permitted to participate in the tender)/ Hindu Undivided Family(HUF)/ Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be. Non submission of above certificate by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorily incumbent upon tenderer to identify state and submit the supporting documents duly self attested/ digitally signed by which they/ he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned in the tender document. It will not be obligatory on the part of Tender Committee/ Accepting Authority to scrutinize beyond the submitted document of tenderer as far as his qualification for the tender is concerned.

   Price Variation Clause: PVC will be applicable in this tender. The basic rate of cell (in set) quoted is based on M/s Hindustan Zinc Ltd.'s (HZL) price of lead (Min 99.99% purity) @ Rs. 223,000/- per MT (Exclusive of duties and taxes) Ex- Works i.e. Ex-Chanderiya Smelter and also considering all discounts offered by M/s HZL as per HZL's circular dated 15.06.2026. The basic price will be subject to variation for every increase or decrease of Rs. 100/- (Exclusive of all statutory duties and taxes) or part thereof from above mentioned lead base, the price of cell quoted will be subject to an increase or decrease of Rs. 21.78 per set, (Exclusive of statutory duties and taxes). In the event of variation in the prices of Lead as declared by M/s HZL, adjustment in contract price upward/ downward will be regulated with reference to the date of inspection offer. The price of lead prevalent one month (i.e. 30 days) prior to the date of offering the material for inspection will be considered for computing of PVC. Further, for the purpose of aforesaid PVC, the basic price of lead ex-Chanderiya Lead Zinc Smelter shall be taken into account without referring to any discount mentioned in the HZL circular.
