Note: Item No 01 to 06 (6 Plan + 4 Nos Breakdown visit If require. In a Calendar year and covered panel side, contactor, relay, battery charger, under voltage relay, over voltage relay, and engine side fuel filter, oil filter, air filter-1set , self starter, hose pipe set, clip, controller etc. for each dg sets including service charges for one year each DG set.

Supply only Lub oil 20W/40 multigrade, suitable for DG Sets 40 KVA to 320 KVA capacity, of make Cummins, Kirloskar and Crompton Greaves complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement fuse base suitable for cylindrical/DIN type HRC/HBC fuse link type 630/400 A for AMF panel for DG Sets of following capacities complete all as specified and as directed:-

Cleaning of fuel tank made out of MS sheet of capacity up to 320 KVA DG Set of 500/1000 litre capacity approx by draining out fuel in a separate container, taking out all silt/ dirt, deposition inside the tank, cleaning it completely by manual labour and necessary T&P and refitting and connecting with fuel pipes with DG sets all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for item No 33.00:- (a) Meter reader shall be 10+2 qualified and having experience of all type of meter reading, preparation and submission of monthly electricity bills in standard and approved format as provided by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Complete Job of meter reading and Preparation/Distributionof bills & reports including up keeping of office records shall be completed by th rep of contractor by 25th day of Each month,failing which a penalityofRs 1000/- per day shall be imposed on contractor. (c) Contractor shall submitted meter reading and consumption as per format provided by Engr-in-Charge. (d) In case of any meter found derector/ tampered, same shall be intimated to in charge BSO Sub Divn and AGE E/M BHDC. (e) Meter reading report shall be submitted in duplicate. (f) Meter reader shall obtain the signature of occupant on meter reading card with date while noting down the reading. (g) Cost of Stationery & forms required for meter reading & related reports shall deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor. (h) Complete Job of meter reading and preparation/distribution of Bills & reports including upkeeping of office records shall be compared by the rep of contractor by 25th day of each month, failing which a penalty of Rs 1000/- per day shall be imposed on contractor.
