Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviveable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, 10mm thick (square / rectangular) , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) , area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm, as in skirtring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid, first quality ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area or each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including disposal of demolished material complete all as specified and directed.

14-16 mm thick, baroda green stone, machine cut laid over & including 15mm thick average thicknesss) cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade on kitchen plateform, RCC Counters , stairs , window sill and similar situation like incl making hole for gas pipe including moulding of edges and polishing complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors (other than ground floor), beams, staircase, landing, chajjas, shelves and similar suspended work, including cutting of reinforcement to facilitate demolition and removal of debris , complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete type A-1, 1:1½:3 (nominal mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams etc, shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed (reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately). complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed.
