Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old chain link fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling old GI wire and barded wire any type complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and removal from site complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, and returning filling in and ramming with concrete around, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m complete.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and around MS post above GL and wall of trough including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS works as in Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165; complete all as specified & as directed.

Fixing only New/Old chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia as in stiffener for straightening chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm barbed with 2 mm dia barbs @ 75 mm spacing straining and fixing including securing or lying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS staples or steel pins incl dismentling of old barbed wire complete all specified and directed

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat soft synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work in built in cement mortar for cracked wall of compound wall and similar work complete all as specified & as directed.

Materials and labour, brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, /RCC walls surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on external fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coats white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

M & L Preparation of old treated surfaces of walls and apply a coats cement base paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering including WPC in cement mortar 1:4 in side and wall of manhole of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth ( With out using extra cement) complete all as specified & as directed. (Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately )

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked/ chocked pipe line of 100 mm dia from floor or gully trap or from cleaning eyes, up to Ist manhole in any depth by rodding or by mechanical means and well flushing the complete line up to Ist man hole including removing of sludge/ waste to low lying areas within 200 m distance and burring the same properly to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge, with and including taking out and re-fixing of manhole covers duly set in cement mortar 1:4 as and where required complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No.23 to 28 : Contractor or his accredited representative/ supervisor will report to the I/C Maint of AGE B/R-III Saharanpur at 8.30 AM on every working day to collect the complaint slips and will report the completion to the concerned JE on the same day. All blockages/complaints to be cleared within 24 Hrs. If any blockage is not cleared within 24 Hrs, a panelty of Rs 250/- per complaint shall be imposed to the cotractor for every day of delay.

Taking off existing cover of septic tank, cesspool, soak well, soak pit or manhole and Cleaning of septic tank including connecting chamber by pumping out sludge water incl taking out mud sludges from tank to remove a distance exc 50 mtr and not exc 100 mtr, placed in the trenches not less than 01 miter deep from ground level and incl refilling the trenches with excavated earth to cover sledges placed, all as directed by Engineer in charge Note : Excavation of trenches and disposal of surplus soil as deemed to be included in the quoted rates however qty of sludge and slued water in septic tank will be measured and paid.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from PVC/RCC tanks capacity n.exc 500 Ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes incl cleaning with clean water complete all as specified.

S&F in repair Vitreous China squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580X440mm white with integral foot rest (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) incl fixing in position using cement concrete 1:5:10 Type E2 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) ,including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, and seat cover complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern of 10 ltr capacity complete with ball valve , float and handle incl bracket complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course (avg thickness 40mm)complete all as specified.

M & L for precast machine pressed cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick M-35 grade, glossy type with grey cement and pigment laid dry over and including a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.
