Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime mortar 1:1.5 (Heritage works) complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5 (Heritage works) and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc., complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulsion paints complete for the Vinamans/ Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc., complete as per standard specification -which including all extra for foldings upto 25’0" height.

Providing water wash are used for removal of lime wash on stone and oil smudge and approrimats methodology to restore the originalities of the existing granite structure inclusive of hire charges scaffolding arrangements conveyance charges for tools & plants and machinaries to the workship spot and cleaning the site after completion of work etc complete as per the standard specification.

Pointing the cut stone joints with Lime mortar 1:1.5, 20mm deep including cost of special tiles such brush and watering, curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of walls Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface etc., complete complying with standard specification.
