Concreting, Painting and Numbering of electric poles at CHP, Dudhichua Project.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade ( two or more coats on new work ) . Area of a) Tubular pole: (11 mtr =4.955 sq mtr) (Area of brackets and clamp = 0.906 sqmtr ) Total surface area of each pole with bracket and clamp = 4.955 + 0.906 = 5.861 sq mtr. Total area of 221 nos poles with bracket and clamp = 221 X 5.861 = 1295.30 Sq mtr. b)Lighting towers: installed in CHP premises (surface area 9 nos of 20 mtr tower =124.44 sq mtr x 9 = 1120 sq mtr ) (surface area 2 nos of 11 mtr tower =133 sq mtr x 2 = 266 sq mtr ) total surface area of the towers =1120 + 266 =1386 sq mtr. Total area to be painted (a+b) = 1295.30 +1386 = 2681.30 sq mtr

Fabrication of MS channel, support angle, flat in shape of clamp as per requirement ( for preparing of anti climbing device and light mounting bracket)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories and provding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe 2.7 mtr long etc with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing of HT danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with encription in single red color on front side as required.

a)Concreting of pole pit, Muffing of poles upto (height 45 cms dia 80 cm)= ((3.14*0.4*0.4) -(3.14*0.15*0.15))x .45 = 0.1943 cu m x 221 poles = 42.94 Cu mtr b) Concreting of lighting towers = 48 Cu mtr Total concreting (pcc) required (a+b) = 42.94 +48 = 90.94 Cu Mtr
