REPAIRS / OVERHAULING / SERVICING WORKS TO LT VOLTAGE STABILIZERS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE COMPONENTS / ACCESSORIES OF APFC PANELS, LT PANEL / FEEDER PILLAR BOXES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT VARIOUS SUB STATIONS AND MAIN

Material and labour for disconnecting all cable connections of unserviceable LT servo voltage stabilizer, 3phase, 50Hz, 415V, oil cooled of capacity upto 75 KVA any make and shifting to workshop including checking for defect and maintenance / servicing / overhauling to complete stabilizer comprising of servo motor, Electric control panel, wiring including replacing defective minor parts, burnt wiring etc as required and cleaning, greasing of all the moving parts, checking and reinstall and making all connection, testing for its smooth functioning on completion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no-1 here-in-before but for stabilizer of capacity 100KVA to 160 KVA of any make. Note for Item 1&2 :- (i) The Major spares like Transformer oil / wiring kit / motor/Gear/ contactor etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule of item as supply only. Fixing labour cost is included in the rate quoted for item-1&2. (ii) Quoted rate deemed to include labour cost for maintenance including maintenance of record as directed. (iii) The quoted rate includes S&F necessary minor spare parts / accessories like control wire set, fuse, limit switch, lugs as required for replacement of unserviceable spares/accessories of any type. (iv) The quoted rate includes consumables like grease and hardware like bolts and nuts etc including necessary machining work of any type. (v) This item shall be measured and paid as carriedout, but once the stabilizer made serviceable and afterward If any defect arrise in the repaired stabilizer the contractor should repair/rectify the same without claiming any additional cost on this account till completion of defects liability period of 2 years. (vi) Repair/ servicing work to be carried out only by service person of OEM or his authorised agency.

Supply only following spare parts / accessories suitable for servo voltage stabilizer of any make. Note for item no- 3: (i) The following spareparts/accessories to be used as replacement during repair work vide item No-1 and 2 here-in-before. (ii) The Labour cost for fixing spareparts/accessories to be included in the rate quoted for item no- 1 & 2 here-in-before.

Note: White washing to copping/pedestal of LT feeder pillar box / panel board shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for welding works to existing LT feeder pillar box/panel board doors including removing broken hinges and supply and fixing new heavy duty hinges as per existing type and qty including writing in coming and out going details as per site requirement and painting with synthetic enamel paint over redoxide on the welded surfaces to make good the disturbed surface and match with existing tint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and servicing of complete panel with following capacity ACBs, contacts and busbars connections with CRC spray, checking the bus bar connections /power cable from main bus bar to MCCBs and out going cable coonections of MCCB, tightening of all bolts,nuts at power cables/ bus bar/ outgoing cables including replacement of burnt copper/ aluminium lugs as per site requirement, removing the carbon deposit and reconditioning of door lock complete all as specified and as directed .
