M&L for taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for resecuring or easing & adjusting shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 2 sq. m each, without taking down shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight framed, in parts rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hold fast/clamps of mild steel stay for rain water pipes etc confirm to Fe-290 Gde E 165.

M&L for PCC Type 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate ) typeB0, PCC fliing cment concrete as in holdfast and mass concrete with WPC all as specified and directed

S & F second class hardwood 35mm thick Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats

35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc ( without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.20(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S & F in butt hinges mild steel cold rolled mild and fixed 100mm size, type C-22, extruded mild steel with mild steel hinge pin, anodised complete all as specified and as directed.
