Excavating in trenches for foundations, laying of cables etc in hard/dense soil n. exc. 1.5 M wide and n. exc. 1.5 Mts in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a lavel n.exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Supply and laying 75mm outer dia, double walled, corrugated HDPE duct pipe conforming to IS- 14930 Pt-II with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sq.mm 3.5 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty and 1100 volts grade with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sq.mm 4 core in trenches/ducts/through pipes/under culverts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, transporting, errecting and commissioning of 12.5 meter High Mast lighting system complete with foundation duly structurally designed with and including 8 Nos LED flood lights, each of the 8 lights of system wattage 200W, system lumen efficacy not less than 120 lumens per watt , total system lumens not less than 24000 lumens and luminaire mounted on head frame movable lantern carriage, lighting finial, with and including CPRI approved out door stand mounted feeder pillar box, made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick angle iron for base frame and legs, 04 nos legs 750 mm long ,outdoor type with single door on front , duly powder coated with approved shade , 32 Amp MCB incomer, single dial timer switch 25A TP contactor for automatic control of luninaire, with 2 No 9 A contactors and raise lower push button, incoming 35 sqmm and out going 16 & 2.5 sqmm terminals outgoing terminal and raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightning final, (wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are part of installation), single dome aviation obstruction light of LED type, stainless steel hoisting wire rope 5mm dia AISI 304 grade of 7/19 construction, electrical system cable and cable connections, trailing cable-1 per mast 5 core 2.5 sqmm complete.

Contd.... 7 High Mast shall be constructed of special steel plates conforming toS 355 grade as per BS-EN 10-025 with multiple sections of effective length, continously tapered, 20 side polygonal cross section, hot dip galvanised both internally and externally in single dipping manner, adequate door opening at base of Mast, the Mast suitable for wind speed of 50 m/sec, as per IS-875 Pt-III, bottom outer dia of the Mast not less than 360mm and top outer dia not less than 150mm, thickness of section not less than 3mm including necessary excavation and earth work. Foundation for the Mast designed for SBC of soil 10 ton/sqm at 2m depth, with M-25 design mix concrete as per manufacturer's instruction with foundation bolts, nuts, base plate 520mm dia. and 25mm thick, each flood lights on the High Mast head frame movable lantern carriage shall be high pressure die cast aluminium weather proof housing housing with IP-66 protection, heat resistant tampered glass for protection with 5KV surge protection, complying to IEC-60598/IS, 10322 (Pt-5/sec, S-987, weather proof LED with 120 degree view angle, power factor minimum 0.9 at full load/230 volts, life expectancy of driver min 30000 hours and LED 50000 hours, input voltage 140V to 285V AC at 50 Hz, with short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, optical assembly shall be structured LED array for optimized photometric distribution with photometric lenses designed to optimize application efficiency and minimal glare. Driver shall be constant current type having THD less than 15% and PF greater than 0.90 at full load/230 volts.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 60cm X60cm X6mm surrounded by charcoal & salt buried directly in a pit of depth not less than 1.5m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) & connected to main control board including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, funnel, wiremesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 cover & frame etc) including GI protecton pipe for earth lead complete all as indicated in electric plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part I including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Street Light Control Panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE OF DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Guarantee and warrantee certificates will be accepted only from original manufacturer.
