Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhols, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning CI/PVC/SGSW pipe (from kitchen/bath/wash hand basin/urinal) of any size/shape to 1st manhole by roding/choke remover/manually as in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning CI/SGSW/PVC pipe of 100 mm bore from WC to first manhole by rodding/choke remover manually as in foul condition after taking off manhole cover and placing manhole cover (old) in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing drain pipes 150mm internal dia at any depth by roding manually as reqd at site from manhole and well flushing after cleaning incl. getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines, removing solids and sludge to any distance place out side defence land at own cost and cost of removal shall be included in this rate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old treated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots removing dust, dirt and all loose scales of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.
