GE (N) P/TOKEN- 27 OF 2026-2027 SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-107(JCOS MD ACCN) AT NON CANTONMENT/MIL STN KOLHAPUR UNDER GE(NORTH) PUNE

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base, levelling course etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified colour ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 03 here in before but on vertical surfaces of skirting or dado etc incl 10mm thick packing coat of cement plaster in CM 1:3 complete all as psecified and directed

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles of size 300 mm x 300mm x 7 to 8 mm thick in floors, etc, colour and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles , over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. M&L Granite (of any type), 18- 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platform,WHB plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixer of pigment to match with marble shade including making full curving the edges and dismantling existing floor complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges such as in steps, working platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc all including taking down existing G I tubing complete all as specified and directed. Make: JINDAL, TATA, RAVINDRA
