M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab (of any type and colour as approved by GE) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms over including bedding layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Two track two panels sliding window upto 1.50 m height made of (big series) frame 67 x 50 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension . (Area of window upto 2.50 sqm) comprising of uPVC multi chambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware’s and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m in wide and n.exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc & man holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan n.exc 1.5m in depth & getting out soft/loose soil.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr above standing point

M&L Cement concrete1:2:4 type B2 as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel as in stairs (framed ) including stringers, tredes, landdings, bluestrades, handles of angle or other sections etc including clits, brackets etc. (FE-410-W, gde-E-250) of quality-A.

M&L for ornamental and intricate design all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations incl. watering and consolidation.

M&L 80mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade as approved by E-I-C laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates, coping, kerbs, water trough and like incl. rounded or chamfered on edges.
