Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, two M.sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M sand) using First class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9” x 4 ½” x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement

For Super Structure Ground floor

Plastering of walls in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five P.sand) 12mm thick in all floors including provision of cement mortar bands and raised plastering for doorways wherever required and as directed without any extra claim complying with standard specification.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs sunshade facia, canopy slab, stair case, waist slab, landing slab etc., with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick including hacking and providing necessary cement mortar nosing, beading etc., wherever necessary and as directed with cement mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Flooring with the Kota Stone slab of 20 to 25mm thick laid over cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.Sand) mixed with colour oxide including laying, finishing, polishing with machine polish, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats of exterior and interior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers. (Paint: Apex exterior emulsion or its equalivant only)

Painting the ceiling surface with oil bound distemper of two coats with good quality variety and approved colour including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive engineer before use of work).

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, windows bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).

Supplying and fixing steel window covered with MS sheet openable shutter. The outer frame and shutter made out of steel sections confirming to IS7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of “Z” section (F7D) of size 20 X 20 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Millions are made out (F4B) T section of size 46 X 25 X 3mm confirming to IS 7452 / 1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of “T” section (T2) of size 25 X 22 X 3mm, 2 Nos. of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ranch of special type are fixed or each openable shutter. Suitable openings is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 Nos. of 40 X 40 X 3mm angle hold facts of 230mm inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing the shutter portion be covered with 20 gauge MS sheet. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing one coat of primer, welding charges transportation to the site of work loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32: 12 ½ by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer and consolidated to the required and designed finished thickness by beating the concrete by wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jiggery water etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of approved best quality machine pressed square tiles of size 230mm X 230mm X 20mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. Specification at 2% by weight of cement used and joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar mixed with water proofing compound and red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved ISI quality PVC Rain water down fall pipes of 110mm dia meter having working pressure of 6Kg/Cm2 including cost of PVC pipe, with necessary shoes, bends, nails, teakwood plugs, screws etc., and fixing of cost iron gratings of required dia meter and special clamps at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of removable cost iron gratings. The size of teakwood plugs to be used shall be 150mm X 25mm in front and 200mm X 75mm in rear and all other sides to a depth of 100mm. The PVC pipe shall be fixed with teak wood plugs by means of "U" clamps using brass screws. Special types of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipeline shall be fixed in addition to those for more than 3 meter pipe length complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position of mild steel angle trusses as per the design given including purlins. All the members are to be painted with one coat of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges, one coat of primer, welding charges, transportation to the site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 0.47mm colour Galvalum sheet roofing including cost of sheet, self tapping screws and washer etc., with all cost of material and labour charges including fixing and finishing as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fabricating, erecting of Galvalum 0.47mm Ridge sheet including cost of self drilling (SDST) screws with washers, fixing charges lead and lift etc., complete.

Design, fabrication, supply and erection of push and pull type Rolling shutter with ISI mark at site of work made out of certain using 18G x 3" lath section bright CRCA strip in one piece without any welded joints at 76mm rolling centers interlocked with each other ends locked with heavy type cast iron / MS clips complete with lock plate using 10g MS sheets reinforced with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm MS angles at bottom and fitted with heavy letches and locking arrangements and handle on either side with pulling lock including necessary hood cover using 0.90mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 MS angles or gate channel. The roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullys, fitted with heavy duty. 'C' class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile carbon coil springs (2 springs should be supplied) with all accessories, etc. complete. The rolling shutters shall be fixed with pressed guide channels of 10G MS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar. Side brackets shall be 10G MS plates and cast iron 'U' clamp shall be riveted to the side brackets. The rolling shutters and accessories should be as per IS 6248 / 1979 specifications. The rolling shutter should be with two numbers of brass side locks and one number of brass centre lock with duplicate keys with necessary guide brackets for the locks, etc. The rolling shutters shall be coated with heavy coat of red oxide primer including inside portion of hood, etc. complete and as per the direction of departmental officers.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia blue gum posts (or) casurina props (or) best quality bamboo posts of 4M overall length (9m height + 0.50m projection + 0.50m into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.50m overlap on either side and braces at 2m centre to centre including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width, etc. in a complete form including using coir and nails – 1 m run. Initial height of 3m and length of 1m (0m to 3m)
