SCHEDULE OF WORKS

BUILDING WORKS INCLUDING INTERNAL SERVICES : Lump sum price worked by the contractor for "BUILDING WORKS including internal services for " Design , Supply and Construction of PEB type MT Shed 32450 mm x 15250 mm x 5000 mm height at minimum point as per design criteria, dimensions. One bay of parking shed is to covered with PCC hollow block wall for construction of MT office & MT store as shown in drawings complete . Building work also includes construction of vehicle Washing Platform of size 25900 mm x 2850 as per drawing including drainage for the washing point, Lightning Conductors, earthing complete including site clearance as per drawing and specification with design criteria as follows:- (i) Wind velocity - 150 KM/Hrs (ii) Sesmic zone - IV (iii) Unforeseen load on roof (iv) Slope - 1:4 or as permissible as per Site requirement All as per brief specification, schedule of structure and list of stores and drawings . RCC Columm Foundation , Structural members as per details , Roofing sheets including submission of final design & detailed drawings duly vetted by IIT/NIT/Govt Engg Colleges complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge/commanding Officer .

External Water Supply Works : Lump sum price worked by the contractor for Providing water Connection including all pipe and connections all as per specified and as directed .

External Electric Supply : Lump sum price worked by the contractor for Provision of External Electrification works complete including supply Erection & testing 08 Nos Integrated solar street Lights of 60 W complete all as specified
