Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT panel outdoor type platform mounted suitable for 415 volts 3 phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system. self supported, front & rear openable, double door , hinged type with locking arrangement & sloping top canopy ,suitable ventilation on both side with wire mesh, IP52 protection with Dust & Vermin proof etc. fabricated made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated , mounted/fixed on MS Angle iron stand /frame 40cm height from GL. Fabricated out of 50X50X6 mm thick MS Angle duly painted with black enamel synthetic paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using foundation ,internal metering connection with suitable size of copper cable mounted on cable tray and internal power connection with single core copper cable/ Bus-bar of suitable capacity earth bus strip of 32X6 mm size for entire length of panel ,detachable gland plates at bottom, and aluminum lugs/ for all incoming and outgoing cables, etc, complete all as directed by GE including and accommodating the following. .Incomer ACB 1000A with Thermal magnatic protection 4 pole, 50 KA - 01 No, Dig Multifunction Meter-01 indicator (RYB) -01 Set Copper Bus -bar of 1500 Amp for 3 Ph & N, Outgoing feeders 3 Pole MCCB 400A 36kA -- 3 nos, 3 Pole MCCB 250A 36kA - 2 nos, Blank compartment - 1 nos,

M&L for earthing in repair including taking out copper plate with pipes earthing lead fasteners etc and earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x600x 3.15 mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level,connected to copper strip iron strip 32X6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts,nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, protected by and including GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) and connected to test point as directed and including cement concret pit in 1:2:4 type B1 using 12.5mm graded aggregate, with cast iron miled steel frame embedded in the concrete enclouser fineshed flushed PCC cover and suitable size all as shown under electrical plate of SSR Pt - I 2009 and as directed including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering adequate quantity of black soil and charcol and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm 3ft x 3ft thick all around the electrode including necessery excavation & earth work in any type of soil complete testing on completion all as directed. Note:- i) Filling the pit with black cottan soil brought at site. ii) The excavated soil will be removed.

Supply and laying LT UG cable with XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade 3.5 core cross sectional area 400 sqmm laid in trench/duct/floor or passing through pipe all as specified and as directed byengr-in-charge.

All as per item No 34 here-in-before above but 3.5 core 300 Sqmm

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed.

Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and laying Double walled corruyated (DWC) Duct (Dura- Guard) as per IS-14930 Part - II for LT UG cable protection including coupler, elbows, T- Joint, Bends, etc and test report Make :- Dura- line/Gemini/Rex. of size 102.50 mm inner dia
