REPLACEMENT OF 35 OLD UNSERVICEABLE AIR CONDITIONER OF MH ROORKEE AND REPAIR/MAINT OF SUMMER /COOLING APPLIANCES OF ROORKEE, SAHARANPUR AND PURKAZI UNDER GE ROORKEE

To attending the complaint all necessary T&P etc for attending day to day complaints of summer appliances including taking out and replacing of defective components of window / split type air conditioners of any capacity through minimum one skilled mechanic and one helper to completed the Job complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The contractor shall be imposed a penalty at the rate of Rs 500/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs.

Labour and transport for removing defective window/Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairing including testing on load at site complete all as specified and directed. (All spares compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item). From BOQ item No 5.01 to 5.25.

Labour and transport for removing unserviceable burnt sealed compressor from Air conditioner and fixing only new rotary compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing complete all as specified and directed Note:- Rotary compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item).

Labour and transport for Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of blower motor, electrical connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed. (If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item).

M & L for gas charging M/R-12 / M/R-22 / R-134a / R410a / R32 to the following appliances including removal of old fitter, copper tubing / capillary and replacement of new filter, capillary, short piece of copper tubing of equipment and leakage testing of the same on full load after re-installation of the same at site complete all as specified and directed: -

Supply and fix in replacement of modular MCB protected plug and socket board in sheet steel enclosure with 25 Amp rated mini MCB and 25 Amp rated 3 pin plug, 240 V, 50 Hz complete including cutting the wall surfaces for flush mounting of socket board including taking down existing unserviceable plug & socket board of any description and making good with cement plaster, putty and paint to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S voltage stabilizers of capacity 0.5 KVA to 5 KVA from MES store/site and repair the same in MES work shop complete all as specified and directed (if the transformer found burnt, the in same shall be re-winded in the workshop of contractor in respective items given below :-

Removing un-serviceable burnt FHP motor from water cooler and supply & fixing new FHP motor with suitable fan blade single phase 1/5 to 1/35 HP suitable for up to 150 Ltr capacity water coolers including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out water cooler of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete condenser coil & storage tank with chemical base solution and soda water including servicing, oiling of FHP motor checking of electrical & water supply connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete up to satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.
