Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete wall surfaces and surface finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of primer including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
