Servicing complete Split type AC up to 2 TR capacity of any make as and when ordered as in preventive maintenance including cleaning of air filters, greasing of fan motors, checking of gas pressure etc. complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing painting of outdoor unit of split type AC 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR capacity and applying spray painting with synthetic enamel painting of approved colour to acieve glossy finish over a coat of primer including neccesary preparation of surface all as specifiedand as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical and refrigerant connection of defective sealed unit of 1.5 Ton split type AC and replacing the compressor connecting the sealed unit both electrical and refrigerant connections including charging refrigerant gas as required Make of Compressor: CARRIER/ LG/ BLUE STAR/ VOLTAS/ SHRI RAM,Hittachi, Panasonic,GMCC, Toshiba, Mitshubishi Notes :- (a) Old compressor taken down/ removed shall be replaced with the same make. (b) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer as one to one replacement. Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. Supporting documents for replacement from manufacturer/ dealer alongwith warranty certificate and paid vouchers shall be furnished by the Contractor before claiming payment.

WATER COOLER Servicing complete water cooler, storage type, any capacity upto 150 ltrs including cleaning, checking of gas pressure, leakages, electrical/ water supply connections etc. as in preventive maintenance all as specified and as directed. Note: Replacement of compressor, spares, charging of gas, etc., if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
