Supplying and fixing of ceiling fan of followingsweep with 2.25 mfd condenser and 1'-6" down rod on the existing fan hook with necessary connection from ceiling rose to fan using twin core copper wire 1200 mm sweep (Crompton High Speed, Havells Velocity, Orient PSPO or Equivalent)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 meters lead Upto 10 mm thick

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) :

Providing and fixing all in one PC with specifications core i3 13th gen,ram 8gb,storage 512gb ssd, operating system windows 11 (Make :- Hp,lenovo,asus or equivalent) as per engineer in charge

Providing computer table with storage cabinet ,drawer and keyboard tray as per engineer in charge
