Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron/steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanised iron, protected by GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore dia and connected to main control board all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, salt, charcoal dust, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6 mm dia MS bar at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6 mm dia hook complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of split type air conditioner , wall mounted inverter type, working on single phase , 240 volts, 50 Hz , AC supply ,with cordless remote control unit , with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better air quality with minimum 5 Star rating of capacity 2.0 TR, complete including transporting at site , fixing of indoor and outdoor unit , necessary copper pipe connection including necessary mounting brackets, core cutting, bending, brazing, insulation on pipe etc , PVC drain pipe , electric connection between indoor and outdoor unit with suitable size of pvc insulated multistranded copper cable complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Carrier Model No. 24KINDUSCXI /Blue star Model No. IA524DLU/ voltas Model No. 245VEAZS/LG Model No.JW-Q24WUZA /Hitachi model No. RMRG524HEEA. NOTE: All connected pipes must be covered by casing and capping. The drain out water pipe connection should be connected up to ground level with casing and capping.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input between 170 V to 250 V with out put voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy + 2.5% and capacity 4.0 KVA.

Supply and fixing copper pipe line for split AC as per required dia from indoor unit to outdoor unit exceeding length 3 mtr including necessary insulation as per manufacturer recommendations.

Supply and fixing metal enclosure single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket with one single MCB 25 Amp 240 Volt all as directed.
