Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soil, by mechanical/manualy means including saturated soil comprising of pick,jumper work and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting out to the required line, grades, side slopes trimming bottoms and level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 Volume-1 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and transportation of the unusefull materials on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all lobour , machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentials necessary to complete the work by mechanized means and labour (if any required) all useful materials such as stones , shingles, aggregates, and slates shall be sorted out and stacked in the plot up to maximum extent, in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. (Three point fifteen milimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30mmx5mm.(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetra with wooden/ steel battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling to any floor height and removal of the same for in situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100(Eighty by hundred) or equalent) using 1.70 (One point seventy )kilogram per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. slab or cement conc. Work using 2.75 kg ( Two point seventy five kilogram) of cement per sqm. Of floor area before laying cement conc. Flooring i/c roughening ,cleaning of the conc. Surface complete as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing tor/TMT steel reinforcement of TATA tiscon / SAIL / Rashtria Ispat /Jindal / Shyam/ thermo- mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more, including cost of binding wire for R.C.C.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor level in all heights,and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) including carriage of all labour,equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Brick work with coman burnt clay F.P.S.
