Exhaust fan, energy efficent metalic blades heavy duty turbo force of size 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm, AC, 230 volts complete with louvers, shutters, mounting on wall with holding down bolts, nuts, washers and cutting hole into or through stone / brick wall for fixing of 300 mm sweep exhaust fan including making good the cutting to match with the existing surface and connection of flexible copper conductor cable three core from ceiling rose to fan and testing complete all as specified.

Earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers , buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia, by means of bolts ,nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR - 2009 (Pt I), including necessary excavation and earth work. Note : Unit rate quoted shall include the cost fo charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20 mm bore GI pipe (Light grade ) for watering , protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh , PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber, 50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 grade cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , and including provision of test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified.
