Demolition and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) and set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200 mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete ) and set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes laid in trenches including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes aftaer they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 150mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes laid in trenches including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes aftaer they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for 200mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm bore dia reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¼ section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as specified and directed for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m wide for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pair house etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 M and n. exc 500M depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting pointing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster etc.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on faces of brick work with or concrete WPC finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified ( WPC shall be measured and paid separately. )

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for like MH cover, bdrain pipe bed, hard standing etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 as in foundation type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fdn filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in benching, coping including watering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole/drain slab cover all as specified and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class B (old size) brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as item no 23 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for TMT mild steel bars 10MM dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for M-25 RCC for septic tanks slabs,Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and inshelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for loose filling with broken bricks of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded as in soakage pits including cleaning of existing sludge and other foreign materials complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks/Soakage wells of any capacity (10 users to 500 users) including inlet and outlet chambers, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means, and removing waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging burying in ground Complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-(1) Work shall be done in foul conditions necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacity (10 users to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well,, taking out sewage water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank atached with tractore or truck etc and removing the same out side from population area, complete all as specified and as directed, Note:-(1) Work shall be done in foul conditions necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor (ii) Mesurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt

RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 100 users complete all as specified and directed.

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.60M dia X 4.50 M deep complete all as specified and directed.
