Supply ,fixing and commissioning of LT Panel Out door of size L- 1.80 m x W- 1.20 m x H - 1.90 with comprising of the following all as directed by removing the old existing panel, the panel should be manufatures as in to three compartments and to be assembled in the existing sub station without damging the CIVIL structure.

Fabrication Details : Main frame 3.15 mm thick SS 316 sheet, partition sheets / covers / doors of 2 mm thick SS 316 sheet, cubical enclosure compartmentalized exterior and interior mirror type brushed suitable for highly corrosive environment, high creep resistance, better mechanical properties like ductility, yield strength, hardness etc. gland plates 2 mm thickSS sheet (undrilled), base frame of 75 mm MS channel with provision of incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom for installation, seperate chambers for Main Bus Bars, MCCBs /ACB and Cable end connections free standing floor mounted with degree of protection IP 54 and with heavy duty Hinges for doors and locking arrangements at front and Back. All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316.

Bus bar details : Material shall be alluminum bus bar, sleeving heat shrinkable type, with bus bar sizes for phase 1.5 times the Rating of incommer MCCB /ACB for all RYB and N and out going shall be of rated capacity and bus bar shall be support of epoxy type insulators , earthing of 32x6 mm GI Flat.

Painting Detais : Painting shall be 7 tank processed powder coated shall be a dry finishing process that uses finely ground particles of pigment and resin based polymer that are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto electrically grounded parts

Wiring : Pannel wiring shall be of 2.5 sq mm copper standard with 5A MCB wiring for controll wiring and indication lamps

Accessories for Pillar Box : Digital Multifunctional Meters CT/PT programmable with RS 485 communicatio port CL 0.5 with direct acess to basic power and Energy parameters and Indication Lamps (LED) - 03 No.make: L&T / Secure /Elmeasure

The fixing of double doors shall be on SS hinges with anti-theft provision (the door can’t be removed from enclosure without cutting enclosure). All fabrication/welding shall be done with TIG/MIG or as approved by Engineer in charge suitable for SS 316. Sliding handle and locking arrangement front and rear both side . M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI strip of size 32x6 mm thick earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly into ground vertically not less than 2.25 Mtr below the ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5 Mtr below the ground level, including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade connected from electrode up to test point including necessary earth work, PCC/RCC chamber cover 50mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 8mm TMT bars 15 cm c/c both ways, funnel arrangement etc as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I-2009 Note : Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, RCC cover slab and PCC chamber etc.GI strip upto 7.5 mtr lenght will be included in quoted rate.

M&L for complete removal of old paint from LT panel/ feeder panel of with the help of mechanical tool such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper and painting the prepared surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully LT cable of size 400 sqmm to 70 Sqmm 3.5 core from trench complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc aqnd not exceeding 10 sqm on plan for manhole etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Class LV tiles type-1 flat size 250x150x40mm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed

M & L Dry Sand Cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 08 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed

NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
