Banker Details

The contractor should attach an experience certificate from the Deputy Conservator of Forests or above that he has undertaken similar works in the past for at least two (2) years including raising and maintenance of plantation along with sapling cultivation. (Similar advance work along with plantation works shall be done through tender (Prime contractor) for a minimum amount of 90% of the tender amount with a work confirmation letter attached)

Financial Turnover capability for the year 2023-24 & 2024-25. They should be achieved in at least two financial years, a minimum annual financial turnover i.e., usually not less than two times the estimated amount under the contract.

1. To register as a forest contractor in the Forest Divisions for the year 2025-26 and to obtain the tender details of the solvency given to be uploaded from the concerned registered division. (2) Details of the tender amount received in various divisions of the Forest Department after registering as a forest contractor in the year 2025-26 to be uploaded. In case of providing false information, the said tenderer will be blacklisted. And if the tender amount exceeds the solvency limit, action will be taken to cancel such tender. (3) A valid debt settlement power of attorney (DPO) for 30% of the work should be obtained from the Revenue Department or a nationalized bank till the end of the tender period and uploaded on the e-procurement portal. (4) For planting various species of plants in the selected size in the nursery, necessary documents such as a photograph of the nursery area, location, perimeter and sketch, copy of the contract agreement regarding the conversion of the site into a nursery. Documents of water availability details such as borewell, pumpset details should be uploaded. And the said nursery rea should be within a radius of at least 20 km from the work site.

The tenderer shall comply with all conditions mentioned in the tender notice.
