Providing and fixing flush door shutters interior grade, commercial type, core of block board, construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains of cross bands and face vaneers on both faces of shutters including all leads and lifts of materials as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) 35mm (thirty five milimetre) thick including bright finished black enameled M.S. 15mm (fifteen milimetre) cement plaster in single coat in fair/rough side on brick concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering with all height including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including all leads and lifts and material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on decorated wall surface one coat to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar and other foreign matter and loose scales of lime wash including all leads and lifts of material as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting(one coats) with plastic emulsion paint & approved brand & manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease, loose pieces of scale and sand paper smooth complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for every subsequent coat of wall paint with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 Square metre and under and 10mm to 15mm thick including cutting the patches in proper shape & replastering the surface of wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in all leads with cement: mortar 1:6 (One cement: six sand) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
