Repair and maintenance of infrastructure assets in R-I division during 2025-26.

Cleaning of five fountain systems i.e. 1) Patel Chowk R/A fountain, 2) Aditya Sadan R/A fountain, 3) Windsor R/A fountain, 4) Ambedkar Vatika fountain & 5) Mansingh Road-Ashoka Road R/A fountain. The fountain's water body must be cleaned a minimum of twice a month or more frequently as per the direction issued to maintain transparency in water. The maintenance includes visit of Skilled Electrician Twice a month to check the Electrical faults, Electrical fittings & fixtures like pump sets of all power in single or three phases, electric panels & their accessories, CVD, DCC controller, LED lights, fittings, fixtures, MCBS, Overload relay. wiring, joints, other related similar items etc., checking electrical connections and related faults if any. All complete as per direction and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge.

Rewinding of borewell submersible pump set of 20 HP and 15 kW, Head Range-59-18 Meter, Stage-3 Flow Range-0-2700 LPM Bore Size-200 mm, Phase-3, and repairing of minor defective parts cartage from site to workshop and back to site including cost of dismantling and reinstalling with Chain & Pully arrangement and minor repairs of defective parts, labour charge etc. as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Rewinding of openwell submersible pump set of 10 HP 3 phase 7.5 kW, 440 volts, 50 HZ, Flow rate 7.8-3 LPS, and repairing of minor defective parts cartage from site to workshop and back to site including cost of dismantling and reinstalling with Chain & Pully arrangement and minor repairs of defective parts, labour charge etc. as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing 32 Amp 3 Pole D-Curve MCB of Havels/L&T/Fuji including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 14-23 Amp MN2 over load Relay BCH/L&T/Schneider make of Star delta fully automatic starter D.O.L starter labour charges including charge, cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25A MNX-25 3 Pole Power contactor L&T/BCH make of Star delta fully automatic starter including charge, cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MNX-40 3 Pole Power contactor L&T/BCH make of Star delta fully automatic starter including charge, cartage etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 63 Amp D-Curve MCB of Havels/L&T/Fuji including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Star delta timer of Havels/L&T/Fuji including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Add on Block suitable for MNX-9-40 of Havels/L&T/Fuji including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MCCB 100 DN 100D Thermal release range 80-100A, 3 Pole of Havels/L&T/Fuji including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Omron relay MY2N-GS of 220 AC including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ammeter 0-30 Amp including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Voltmeter 0-500 V including fixing charges etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing 25mm dia Bubbler stream jet nozzle made of PVC body (Color Design India/Power wave/Oase/H2O) complete as per the direction & entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Repair of rewinding of upto 1.50 HP Submersible pump set K.S.B/ Kirloskar/Cormpton make 220 Volt defective parts: 1. 1.50 HP rewinding kit-1 No. 2. Bearing Bush 4 Nos. 3. Thrust counter 1 No. 4. Water seal 2 Nos. 5. S.S Coupling 1 No. 6. Norton Emperor. 7. Guide Bush 8 Nos. 8. Distance Bush 8 No. and 9. Grinding turning and shaft repair including labour charges for dismantling and reassembling the pump set at shop etc. after approval of sample and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
